I started this organization because I saw a need for stronger support, deeper connection, and real action within our community—especially for those who are often overlooked or unable to show up for themselves. Juggling work and motherhood has taught me the value of perseverance, compassion, and using every available resource wisely, and those same values are the foundation of this organization. This work matters because community care cannot wait for “extra time” or “perfect circumstances.” It requires everyday people stepping up, even when life is already full. I created this organization to build something rooted in dignity, mutual support, and meaningful impact—because when we stand together, we create lasting change for everyone.

Hello my name is Sage and I am a trans man, a full-time working professional & Med student, and a deeply committed community organizer who believes that lived experience is a powerful catalyst for change. My path has not always been easy, but it has given me clarity about how vital visibility, safety, and mutual support truly are. Morgan and I founded this organization after recognizing gaps in resources and representation—seeing too many people navigating hardship without the support they deserve. I wanted to help build something proactive instead of reactive, something rooted in equity, accountability, and collective strength. This work is personal to me, but it’s also bigger than any one individual. It’s about creating sustainable systems of care, uplifting voices that are too often dismissed, and proving that leadership can look different than what we’ve traditionally been shown. Through this organization, I’m committed to fostering empowerment, connection, and meaningful, lasting change in our community.
